We have a full day for memory making and are excited for you to join! Here is a brief overview of our wedding day schedule.
9:00am – Vamsi’s Baraat
- The Baraat will begin in Kerr Park and end in the circle drive outside of the Skirvin’s Grand Ballroom off Broadway.
10:00am – Hindu Ceremony
- The Hindu ceremony will be held in the Grand Ballroom.
11:00am – Chai, coffee, snacks & receiving line
- In the foyer outside of the ballroom.
12:00pm – Indian lunch
- Vegetarian lunch by Himalayas will be served in the Grand Ballroom.
5:00pm – Shuttle Service Begins
- Shuttle service from Skirvin to OKC’s Public Market, where the Christian ceremony and reception will be held.
6:00pm – Cocktail Hour
- Arrive at the OKC’s Public Market for cocktails and hors d’oeuvre.
7:00pm – Christian Ceremony
- The Christian ceremony will be held in the main room found on the 2nd floor of OKC’s Public Market.
7:30pm – Reception & Dinner
- Immediately following the Christian ceremony we will have dinner by Kam’s Kookery, live music by Groove Merchants, and a DJ set by Austin Smith.
